Form No. 122 Prescribed by Secretary of State (03/2023) Notice of Election on Issue of Bond R.C. 133.18, 3501.11(G) NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Olentangy Local School District, Ohio, passed on the 24th day of July, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025 the question of issuing bonds: Shall bonds be issued by the Olentangy Local School District for the purpose of constructing, furnishing, and equipping new elementary schools and a new high school, each with related site improvements and appurtenances thereto; improving, renovating, furnishing, and equipping existing facilities or acquiring, constructing, furnishing, and equipping new facilities for school district purposes, with related site improvements and appurtenances thereto; and acquiring land, and interests in land relating thereto in the principal amount of $235,000,000 to be repaid annually over a maximum period of 37 years, and an annual levy of property taxes be made outside of the ten-mill limitation, estimated by the county auditor to average over the repayment period of the bond issue 1.77 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $62 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, commencing in 2025, first due in calendar year 2026, to pay the annual debt charges on the bonds, and to pay debt charges on any notes issued in anticipation of those bonds?
